Training Programme on CULINARY SKILLS FROM 09/01/2023 TO 19/01/2023

Training programme on Culinary skills for Hostel Mess Staff and Students.

A training programme was organized by the Hostel officials to enhance the Culinary skills of Mess Staff. The training sessions were conducted by renowned Chef Chetak. The programme was inaugurated on January 10, 2023 at 02.30 pm at New Hostel. Prof. Aparajita Chattopadhyay, (Hostel Warden), Mr. Sudarshan Bhadra (Assistant Registrar Academic), Mr. Praveen Kuman (Library and information Officer) and Ms. Anita Dogra (Hostel Manager) along with the Chef and all members of the hostel inaugurated the event. The chef demonstrated preparation of Salads and Dips, South Indian-Maharashtrian- Mughali-multi cuisine, Kashmiri, Thai and some popular global food items. During this event Director, former wardens, institute officials and staff members were invited to taste the delicacies.
